At Aqualung®, we are committed to providing high-performance gear for your underwater adventures. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
